In today's competitive job market, Employers don't just place a value on academic ability; they also value inter personal skills such as communication and team working. The Placement cell makes an earnest attempt to help students to develop their soft skills and thus increase their employability.
The cell headed by a Placement Officer and assisted by Staff Coordinators of the cell actively functions throughout the year and organizes various training programmes and workshops on interview techniques and Career Development.
The Training provided at the college campus will help to increase their confidence, independence and knowledge, more importantly, improve their chances of employment.
