The department of Electronics and communication engineering joined the fleet of Dusi Polytechnic College during the academic year 1999-2000,The department of Electonics and communication Engineering since its establishment has been in constant pursuit of excellence and consistency. Our endeavor has been to produce the best communication techno crats to serve the growing needs of the country in the field of Electronics and Communication. We strive to produce world class professionals who can compete with the industry's best minds. The Department is equipped with the State-of-art facilities, Laboratories and excellent infrastructure which are regularly upgraded, thus adding to the strength of our team.
VISION: To provide quality technical education for the students and thereby overall personality development within the campus, keeping in the view of latest innovation to create future leaders and to contribute to the professional workforce in Electronics and Communication Engineering.
MISSION: The mission of the department is to strive continuously for excellence in technical education and service to the nation.
• This is being strengthened by eminent faculty and various avenues within our premises. To inculcate the ability to think and execute innovative ideas appropriate to the changing technological environment.
• In our department , in every semester exam we getting state rank holders.

The department is equipped with qualified and experienced teaching staffs and supporting staffs.We have three different labs (1)Electronics Lab (2) Communication Lab (3) Advanced Electronics Lab which provide the required practical knowledge to the students. Our intake per year is 60 students.
(1) Electronics Lab: The lab has the capacity of 33 students.It has the major equipments like cathode ray oscilloscope(CRO),Function Generators,Regulator power supplier,multimeter.ammeter.voltmeter,trainer etc….
(2) Communication lab: The lab also has the capacity of 33 students/session.It has major equipments like CRO,function Generator,RPS,Fiber optic kits,T.V.Demonstration kits,communication related equipments & kits,ammeter,voltmeter,multimeter etc….
(3)Computer lab: The lab has 15 systems with supporting equipments.It has Embedded System kits,Very large scale Integration kits etc ….The lab has an UPS for undisturbed power providing capability.The lab has theXilinx,keil Software,Cprogramming software,Multisim software,Embedded software(IAR systems) etc….
